The LGBTQ Elder Advocates of Western North Carolina (WNC) advisory board is a passionate advocacy grassroots organization operating under the Land-of-Sky Regional Council and Blue Ridge Pride Center (a 501(c)(3) organization).

Walk it Out is a Mobile community of LGBTQA individuals that get together once a week to take a stroll together and enjoy the fresh air and exercise. Special Event February 12 - April 7
Asheville and UNCA have been chosen for the NC debut of the travelling Exhibit Nazi Persecution of Homosexuals 1933-1945.
The exhibition will be showing at the UNCA Ramsey Library from February 12 - April 7 during library hours during weekdays.
This unique exhibit is sponsored by the UNCA Center for Diversity Education and explores the impact of the Nazi regime on Homosexuals (including lesbians) and their persecution.
